All students and scholars admitted to Columbia Law School may take part in the Hong Yen Chang Center for Chinese Legal Studies programs. Publicly promoted events are open to the public and there's no need to register, unless the announcement says otherwise.
Scholars may apply to the regular visiting scholars program (supported by funding provided by the applicant) and for an Edwards Fellowship (support for visiting scholars by the Hong Yen Chang Center for Chinese Legal Studies).
